Our stay at the Junior Suite was good, especially with its elegant decor, made us feel immersed in Florentine charm.

Loved perfectly clean and huge rooms.

its location was perfect, to everything you want to see, and in an upscale area. having breakfast with cereals, cakes, pastries and cheese was a nice bonus. everything was nice, nevertheless a few employees were not professional.

Perfect, modern hotel with excellent people and excellent location close to the centre. Spotless and nice styled room with Ferragamo soaps and garden as advertised.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room boasted spacious comfort with modern amenities. The elegant decor added a touch of style.

You could hear the other guests-like the couple next door-sometimes, which wasn't ideal for privacy. The location was a bit removed from the city center. To top it off, there was a strong chemical smell in my room, presumably from mosquito repellent, that was so intense it gave me a headache after a while.

The Beautiful Double room offered spacious comfort and elegant decor. The location was challenging for walking to main attractions.

What a lekker time we had! Our room was fab, super comfy bed and a gorgeous bathroom with a freestanding tub. The brekkie was full of fresh goodies-couldn't get enough of those pastries! And the chommie at reception, Fernando? Legend! Helped us with everything!

Just a bit noisy at night from the street outside, but it was manageable.

Open window design in the bathroom without glass allowed for nuisances like mosquitos and outside noise, which could get pretty bothersome. Sound insulation in the rooms is lacking. You can hear the TV from adjacent rooms and occasional street noise, albeit from a less trafficked street. A strong chemical smell pervaded the room, likely mosquito repellent, and it was overpowering at times.

Opt for a room with a view. Some offer lovely garden scenery.

The room was fine with a lovely balcony, but the noise from the road was a bit much. The breakfast spread was delicious, heaps of choices!

Loved the comfy beds and spacious room! The hotel was beautifully decorated and super clean. the location was tricky to navigate without transport. 😅

The bathroom was modern and impressively clean. Water pressure was excellent! Beds were super comfortable, and the high ceiling gave the room a spacious feel. I especially loved the lovely garden view.

The Beautiful Double room was super spacious and well-maintained. The bathroom had a big shower and a bath, a nice treat. Loved the elegant decor of the hotel, especially the staircase! Breakfast was a standout too, with plenty of food options. Just a heads up, the area can be a bit tricky to navigate without transport. But the vibe is chill and feels more like home than a busy hotel. Would definitely recommend!

The backyard terrace was perfect for chilling, and I loved the luxurious bathroom vibe! The location is great, with a lovely garden view.

The room was super clean and included all the necessary amenities. I really appreciated how close it was to a bus station. The check-in and check-out process was super speedy, and the staff were kind and attentive. I felt very welcomed here.

Spacious rooms and attentive staff

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide array of choices to start the day right. I also appreciated the very helpful staff who provided excellent assistance . The only downside was that getting a taxi could be a bit cumbersome at times.
